- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO). A physical street address is required for all orders.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

- Lost Shipments: If you believe your package is lost, please reach out to us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
