- Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.

- Special order items
- Items marked as final sale
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at (562) 581-8006 or email us at info@baymarinesale.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly label the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Processing Time: Approved returns will be processed within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
